Joe Cargill is the Director of Bands and Orchestras at Bullard High School where he oversees all aspects of the instrumental music programs including the Bullard Marching Band and Color Guard, wind ensemble and string orchestra. Mr. Cargill received his Bachelors of Arts degree in music education from California State University, Fresno and is currently pursuing his Masters of Arts in orchestral conducting at Fresno State. An advocate of music education at all levels, Mr. Cargill currently serves as the President of the Fresno-Madera County Music Educators Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the California Band Directors Association and the Board of Representatives of the California Music Educators Association. Joe has studied conducting with Dr. Thomas Loewenheim and Dr. Gary Gilroy, as well as taken part in conducting symposiums with Craig Kirchhoff of the University of Minnesota, Steve Davis of the Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dr. Kevin Sedatole of Michigan State University. Along with his commitment to the education of the students at Bullard, Mr. Cargill volunteers his time as clinician and music arranger for concert and marching bands across the Central Valley and works as an Assistant Director and Coordinator for the Fresno Orchestra Summer Academy.

Jacob Cardona is the Assistant Director of Bands at Bullard High School where he assists with the marching band, concert band, and color guard programs.  Mr. Cardona received his Bachelors of Arts degree in music education from California State University, Fresno in 2017. During his time at California State University, Fresno, Mr. Cardona had the opportunity to study with a number of great saxophonists including Dr. Alan Durst, Dr. Greg Banaszak, and Dr. Chika Inoue. During his final years of college Mr. Cardona was heavily involved with the Fresno State Bulldog Beat, Marching Band, and Wind Orchestra. He is actively involved as a performer in the local community where he performs with various community ensembles and musicals. In addition to his teaching and performing commitments, Mr. Cardona often works digitizing and editing music for the Fresno State Bulldog Marching Band.
